The demo enquiry

Name, email, area of interest, message and the acknowledgement checkbox are used only to check sample entries in the current page. There is no submission endpoint, contact provider or enquiry database connected to this application.

Form values remain in the current page while you use it. The application does not deliberately persist them in browser storage. Your browser may independently retain autofill information according to your settings. Use invented sample details and leave out medical history, records and other sensitive information.

Browsing and technical requests

Loading a page requests website files from the hosting service. That service may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details and request logs. Its actual logging and retention arrangements must be confirmed for the selected host before publication.

This application has no configured analytics, advertising trackers or application-set tracking cookies. Fonts are served with the website. The motion control uses the current page’s state and your device’s reduced-motion preference; it does not create a saved profile.

Links to other websites

The Contact page contains clearly labelled example social links. If you follow an external link, the destination handles your visit under its own policies. No real WhatsApp or email delivery service is connected.

Before live enquiries are enabled

The responsible organisation and privacy contact, processing purposes, applicable legal basis, recipients, retention periods, international transfers and the process for privacy requests still require confirmation. These details must be added and reviewed before collecting real enquiries.

This notice describes the current demonstration. It is not a final privacy policy for a live clinic or a claim that a future service meets every legal requirement.
